I was recently at the dealership to pick up a small order for my Chief Vintage leather bag. After inspecting the part sent, Alex and I noticed there was no screw and washer sent to install the part. Alex agreed the mounting hardware should have been sent so he went to see if he could find the correct parts. He returned with a spare parts bag and proceeded to install the part on my bag which I bought with me to the dealership. The reason for 1 star on purchase is because I purchase a 2019 Indian Chieftain Dark horse with about 2400 on it. It was alter with a fatter front tire and smaller but the look was cool. Upon riding the bike and going 90 mph the bike begins to shake in the front end...where I had to back off thee throttle. To make a long story short the dealer is making it right and giving great customer service and the purchase is now becoming 5 stars. I was just doing a research on Indian motorcycles and happened to see the dealership online. Made some inquiries and Vargas was very helpful about the informations i asked. The sales manager, Chris Jackson was very accomodating and one thing i really liked is that there was no pressure to make the decision right away. They gave me the best price and space I needed. On my initial appointment, I had to cancel when something came up. After a month I called them again and they helped set up the test ride, the financing and all the way up to the delivery of the bike to my house. The 500 miles service was performed in their place and I couldn't be happier. Will I recommend their dealership to anybody? Definitely.

Had an issue with my 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 750. It would intermittently shut down. After it cooled down it would start but shut down again. I thought it might be electrical. I purchased what I thought might fix the problem. I did not have the proper tools for the installation. I brought my bike to the dealer to have the part installed. I was pleasantly surprised that the service department agreed to install the parts for labor only. It gets even better. The mechanic, Joe, called me a little later and said he thought the problem was a fuel and not an electrical issue. I stopped by and was able to speak in depth with Joe. We agreed to go down the fuel path. After speaking with Joe, I felt like he was working on his own bike. As it turned out, Joe was right. My bike rides better that it ever has. Based on my experience , I would highly recommend St Pete Powersports.

I must say that this was the largest purchase I have ever made via the internet and was a bit reluctant to buy a motorcycle sight unseen but St. Pete Powersports had exactly what I was looking for. I contacted the dealership via email and Justin returned my inquiry almost immediately. I asked for some very specific detailed pictures as this was a used bike and he got them to me right away. This is great customer service as the bike was actually located in their Illinois location and he was in Florida. I decided to proceed as the cost they told me included shipping it to me in the NW. Robert in the finance department was very helpful and ended up getting me a better rate than my local credit union. Now on to the shipping, I was tole it may take up to two weeks to get it to me so I was prepared for the wait. I was told the bike was shipped out on Tuesday evening after signing all the paperwork the previous Friday. I live about 100 miles north of this dealership. I bought two bikes here and three at other places near my hometown. I found the salesman "Zak" to be a great guy. Honest and trustworthy and that in itself is a great reason to do business here. Most sales people are motivated by sales and will tell you anything you want to hear to sell a bike. Next up to bat was Robert, finance guy with the customer his main concern. Drove my finance percent down and worked with me on a down payment. Tire and wheel deal paid for itself just like he said it would. You can trust these guys. The 100 miles I drove to get there was well worth it. I've been riding every year for 47 years. Owned more motorcycles then I can remember and this place is the absolute best I've ever dealt with.

I would like to start by saying I have never been treated like this by a big company.They treated me like family more like a mom n pops store I had purchased a bike there about three years ago they let me park in there spot at the lube every Wednesday night. Then I wanted a razor side by side I was at a dealer and did not like the way they were treating me so I called matt with stpete powersports on the phone within seconds he had sent me photos on my phone of my next bike I loaded up the trailer and on my way filled out the credit app was there 20 min and out the door with my new razor 900 . then it needed service well I put it in and told them I needed it by the 20th to be in a parade . I contacted the dealership via email about a 2013 Triumph America. Jeff Green responded to me in a timely manner and we exchanged a few emails back and forth over a couple weeks. I finally had a chance to go in and sit on some bikes. Jeff advised me to sit on a few bikes like the Bonneville and Thruxton, as well as the America and Scrambler. I still went with the America but was glad to try other bikes out because you never know. I had not intended to buy that but went ahead and did a credit app while was there. With only fair credit I was surprised to have been approved! Chris Burnside went over all the details with me and helped me make a wise loan decision. I contacted several delaerships around the continental United States looking for a 110th Anniversary Bonneville. I happened to be looking at St. Pete's webpage when I came across the 2012 Bonneville and contacted Anthony via email. He called me on the phone the very next day explaining that the delaership couldn't locate a Anniversary Edition anywhere in the area and so my interest turned to that gorgeous Cranberry Red and New England White 2012 Bonneville. I explained to Anthony what I wanted and he made it happen. A few of those other dealers finally got around to getting back to me but Anthony and I had closed my deal. I stopped in for a quick look when we happened to ride by the dealership one day a few months ago. We met Jeff Green who came across as a consummate professional sales person. He didn't apply any of the usual pressure I've encountered at other dealerships and told me when I was ready to call him. However, when I spoke to the salesman, Jeff, he made me feel welcome & not pressured. Jeff was polite & informative of the stock. He made the buying experience enjoyable & stress free. They were accomodating by encouraging us to test drive our bike before we made a decision. The service department is also very good. The staff well trained & very knowledgable, inspiring trust. Jeff was great throughout the whole process. Although he was a salesman working off commission, it really felt more like he was a friend helping me get my first bike. That goes for the dealership as a whole. I was never pushed or "sold" on anything I wasn't originally interested in purchasing. Any of the optional accessories that were available were suggested politely and not revisited if I declined. I came in knowing pretty well what I wanted and the price range I was aiming for and Matt helped me to fine tune my options and pick out exactly what I wanted. I cant think of anything I would do to improve the experience.

My experience with St Pete Powersport has been fantastic right from the first call I made to the dealership. Matt stir answered that first call and was very helpfull and answered all of my questions, he tried to get me in to the dealership but I told him that I was just shopping and would get back to him. Matt, being the professional he is continued calling me and finally convinced me to stop in and meet him and Victory motorcycles first hand. I walked into the dealership and asked for Matt and he recognized my voice and came out of his cubicle with a big smile and a hand shake. I got to meet the whole crew and scheduled a test ride the following Saturday morning. When I arrived for the ride, Matt had the new 2012 CCTV on its kickstand by the front door. After the ride I was sold but had an appointment to try a Harley that afternoon. Donny Wilson came up to me and said that they had a Harley in stock that I could try and save me some time, well I didn't get out of the parking lot with the hog and I knew my decision. Hands down the Victory had it all over the Harley. I left being a new Victory owner and very happy person. I have used the service dept numerous times for oil changes and installation of accessories and couldn't be happier. Mike, Troy, and the rest of the crew are great. I spent over 4 hours calling around the state for a Polaris sportsman 550 on Thursday July 26th to find the best price possible. What a waste of time that was because when I called St.Pete Powersports it took my salesman Anthony all of 5 minutes to beat that price and he delivered it to my business the very next day. I can't speak for their service or parts departments yet, as I have only owned the machine a week. If it is anything like the sales department I look forward to doing business with them. Mr. Wilson I just bought a 2012 Triumph Bonneville from St. Pete Powersports. Which as you know is in Florida. I live in Los Angeles California. There's 3 Triumph dealers w/ in a 50 mile radius of my home.Yet I chose to purchase one on the opposite side of the country simply due the outstanding sales experience I've had w/ Anthony. traveled 50miles to test drive .. look at an 07 SpeedMaster advertised online... was extreamly impressed w/ the entire staff ... from Wes.. I went to the dealership to check out a Triumph Sprint ST. To be honest I was not planning on making a purchase that day...just sit on the bike and possibly test ride. There was no sales pressure...but after riding the Sprint I had to have it. I was upside down on my trade-in...I knew that walking into the dealership...BUT this was the last 07 Triumph...a deal was made and I rode away with a big smile. The "Old Man" and Mike really took care of me...especially when I went to change my insurance and Progressive wanted to jerk me around...Mike handing me an agent's business card saved me $1000/year! (seriously) I kind of thought that my 500 mile service was pricey...but reading the Triumph forums I found that it was, in fact, below average. Every time I stop into the dealership I am treated more like a friend than a customer...and for that I am very grateful and will recommend St Pete Powersports to all my friends and colleagues.
